Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, APIs, and related services operated by Hangzhou Wuaiyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") under the brand anims.ai (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@wuiyou.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

The Service provides:

  • Image-to-Spine animation generation from a character image you provide.
  • Background removal as a standalone tool.
  • Text-to-image generation powered by OpenAI gpt-image-2, with optional transparent-background output.
  • Programmatic access via API keys for B2B integrations.

The Service is provided on a credit basis. You purchase credits in advance and each operation deducts the displayed amount.

4. Credits and Payment

  • Credit pack prices are shown on the billing page. Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle handles tax collection where applicable.
  • Credits are deducted at job submission. If a job fails due to a fault on our side, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service. They expire 24 months after purchase if not used.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back via Paddle, the corresponding credits will be revoked from your balance, which may result in a negative balance until reconciled.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights in the images, prompts, and other content you upload or submit ("User Content") and in the outputs we generate from them ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload your User Content and that processing it through the Service does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any law, or breach any contract.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts minors in sexual or otherwise exploitative contexts (CSAM); we report all such content to the relevant authorities and ban the account.
  • Is non-consensual sexual imagery (revenge porn, deepfakes of real individuals).
  • Infringes intellectual property or violates publicity / privacy rights of third parties.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm; or provides instructions for building weapons or causing significant physical harm.
  • Is intended to defraud, deceive, or impersonate a real person, business, or government in a manner likely to mislead.
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.

You also agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models or pipelines, (b) use the Service to build a competing product, (c) abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass billing, (d) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our written consent.

7. API Keys

API keys are bound to your account and inherit your credit balance. You are responsible for protecting your keys. Compromised keys must be revoked from your dashboard immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

Aside from User Content and Outputs (which remain yours), all rights in the Service — including the website, source code, models, pipelines, branding, and documentation — are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (Paddle for payments, Aliyun for storage, OpenAI for inference, our identity partner for auth). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@wuiyou.com. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued service would expose us to legal or financial risk. Unused credits are non-refundable on termination for cause.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ARTIFACTS, BIAS, OR INCORRECT INFORMATION; YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING IT BEFORE USE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts at the place of our registered office.
