Content Policy

This Content Policy explains what you may not upload to or generate with anims.ai, operated by Hangzhou Wuaiyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

Strictly Prohibited

The following will result in immediate account termination:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content depicting minors. We use automated and manual review and report all such content to NCMEC and equivalent local authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery — sexual content depicting identifiable real persons without their consent, including deepfakes.
Content that facilitates real-world violence — instructions for weapons of mass destruction, attack planning targeting specific persons or groups, terrorism propaganda.
Content depicting credible threats against specific individuals or groups.
Material promoting self-harm or suicide directed at vulnerable users.

Not Allowed

Impersonation: generating images of real, identifiable public figures (politicians, celebrities) in misleading contexts that could reasonably be mistaken for real events.
Hate content: imagery designed to demean people based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
Sexually explicit content involving recognizable real persons (even adults) without their explicit consent.
IP infringement: content that clearly copies trademarked characters, logos, or copyrighted artwork in a way that would cause confusion or compete with the rights holder. Inspiration and stylistic homage are fine; direct copying for redistribution is not.
Spam, fraud, deceptive practices: content used to mislead users (fake reviews, fake testimonials, scam pages).
Malware / phishing assets: images designed to support phishing pages, fake login screens, or other malicious infrastructure.

Restricted (Use With Care)

Adult content involving fictional adults: permitted with appropriate context-setting, but cannot be the primary use of the Service. We may rate-limit or restrict accounts that produce primarily NSFW content.
Violent or gory imagery for legitimate purposes (game design, film, education): allowed within reason; gratuitous gore for shock value is not.
Political content: permitted, but content depicting real political figures must not be presented as real events or quotations.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

You have the legal right to upload any source images you submit.
Your prompts and outputs comply with this Policy and applicable law.
You do not redistribute outputs in a way that would violate third-party rights.
If you publish AI-generated content, you disclose it as such where the context (e.g., journalism, advertising) requires.

Reporting

If you encounter content on the Service that violates this Policy, or you believe your IP / privacy rights have been violated, email contact@wuiyou.com with:

A description of the violating content
Where you encountered it (URL, account, etc., to the extent you can identify it)
Your relationship to the affected party (if rights claim)

We aim to respond to verified reports within 5 business days. Emergency requests (CSAM, imminent threats) are handled immediately.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, enforcement may include: content removal, warning, rate limit, temporary suspension, permanent account ban with credit forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to act on reasonable suspicion alone for the categories listed under Strictly Prohibited.

Changes

We may revise this Policy as the Service and applicable law evolve. The "Last updated" date will be revised; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
